Do They Care About You?

It’s hard to believe your company cares for you, for you personally.

We just see too much evidence to the contrary.

Companies don’t care about people, despite those touching mission statements and carefully crafted media presentations.

Only people care about people.

We have to care about each other. We have to care for each other.

And when we can, we want to ally ourselves with people who will encourage us to care about what we do, who will help us become better tomorrow than we were today.

If the worst anyone can say of us is that we’re too human, too sentimental and caring, we’re heading in the right direction.
