The Little Things

That’s coaching legend John Wooden and he knew a thing or two about championship performance.

It’s the attitude about the finished product that matters, and if you’re obsessed with greatness, it shows — especially in the little things I hear on your station.

I know you’re over-worked.

I know most of the people inside your building won’t notice or care, much less thank you.

Ahh, but it’s the people outside your building who we care about. The listeners.

And if even one notices, it will have been worth it.

Every great accomplishment began with one person obsessing about the little things.

It’s where you’ll find remarkable.

It’s where radio needs to be more often.
