Do you have it?

When we get right down to it, trust is the real issue in our personal and professional lives.

Do you trust your leaders, your company, your co-workers? Do they trust you?

More importantly, do your listeners trust you?

Do they know you’d never spam them just because you have their email address from some random contest they entered?

Do they know you wouldn’t recommend a product that’s not all that great just because you’re getting paid extra to be the shill?

Do they believe you would never say anything on the air that would cause them shame, or put them in the awkward position of trying to explain what was just heard by their kids?

Here’s the deal: Trust is earned.

It can’t be bought. It can’t be manipulated, at least not for the longer term.

It comes from your daily commitment to be trustworthy.

That work is never, ever done.
