In fact, I&rs quo;m not sure I’d want someone on my programming team who didn’t want to win, and win big.
The single best way to reward your programming team when they win is public recognition (though a big bonus never hurts).
My friend, Bob Wood, who is a wordsmith, recently said something to me that I had to share.
“In today’s radio, management will only allow ONE PIECE of confetti at a time!”
Even celebrations at the station level have a limited budget.
Those corporate jets are expensive…
