What is the deal with Curb and Tim McGraw? Even in big-time personal divorces, cool heads ultimately prevail and a settlement is reach ... Both sides hate it, but just want to end the stress. (Been there, done that)...

So what's with this? When Curb had his music they didn't put it out ... when he left they put it out ... now they sought and got a trial delay.

In their press release ... Curb still is an artist on their label ... Big Machine had no right to sign him ... the new music coming July 3rd is still owned by Curb...

Why can't this matter be put to bed?

In another bit of corporate mumbo-jumbo....Ann Curry got the Today Show boot and Savannah Guthrie started today with no announcement. She just began. Someone on Twitter said it was like Dad came home with a new girlfriend before mom had signed the divorce papers. Sort of a Tim-and-Curb analogy here too.

Kellie Pickler and Sony are no more ...You sort of saw that train coming down the tracks, but still hated to see it...You don't sell, you don't stay. Simple business.
