Famous Dex has teamed up with rap legend, A$AP Rocky for his latest single entitled "Pick It Up," released via 300 Entertainment.  The two spit their rhymes over the upbeat instrumental, produced by Fki, that samples Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis Jr.’s classic soul cut “Nothing Can Stop Me

While speaking about the new track, Dex says:

"'Pick It Up' was something very different for me," says Dex. "Especially getting ASAP [Rocky] on the record is a big, big look for me. It was kind of different. I did it, and it took time. I’m more of a freestyle rapper, and more of a new wave. I’m not like a Jay-Z writer or a Nas, so I just go in there and do my thing. I go off energy."

Chicago rapper, Famous Dex, is beginning to blow up in the music scene. He has gained a following after releasing notable songs like "Try Me (Remix)" and "Bottle After Bottle," featuring JB. He’s got two mixtapes to date entitled “Never Seen It Coming” and “Dexters Laboratory” and a debut album in the works.
