“Blind” is the latest song to surface from singer-songwriter Tamar Braxton. The track is pulled from her upcoming fifth studio album, “Bluebird of Happiness” and released via her record label, Tamartian Land Records and eOne Music Entertainment.
Tamar spoke out about the song being of deep personal meaning to her. In the song she belts, “I’d rather go blind than to see you with her tonight, I’m done with your lies, but I can’t say goodbye / So, I’d rather go blind.”
Tamar Braxton started her career as a member of the R&B singing group The Braxtons, formed with her sisters. In 2000, she broke out of the group and started her solo career. She recorded her debut self-titled album that year and then took a 13-year hiatus before releasing another album. She now has recorded four studio albums with her fifth album underway.
