Dar Williams

Acclaimed singer-songwriter-author Dar William is set to release her first album in six years on October 1st – I’ll Meet You Here. She began the recording in late 2019 but the COVID-19 pandemic ended up slowing the process down for several months.

Williams said, “At some point, you have to meet life where it meets you … I think what the songs [on this album] all have in common is the willingness to meet life as it arrives.”

During the 2020 downtime, Williams penned her latest book, Writing a Song That Matters, titled after the songwriting retreats she began conducting in 2013. In 2017, she published What I Found In A Thousand Towns: A Traveling Musician’s Guide To Rebuilding America's Communities.

Williams will hit the road in October on an extended tour:
