"Sad Song" is the newest single from the Florida-based group, We The Kings. It's currently out now via S-Curve Records. Later this month, they will be releasing a greatest hits album titled "So Far."
When asked about the forthcoming collection, the band remarked, "We are so excited to announce that we have a Greatest Hits album coming in June, featuring previously unreleased tracks! We love all of you who've supported us all these years, and we can't wait to keep making music for you!"
We The Kings was formed in Bradenton, Florida. The band consists of Travis Clark (lead vocals, rhythm guitar & keyboards), Hunter Thomsen (lead guitar& backing vocals), Danny Duncan (drums & percussion), Charles Trippy (bass guitar) and Coley O'Toole (keyboards, backing vocals & rhythm guitar). In 2007, they released their self-titled full-length debut album and it included the platinum single "Check Yes Juliet." The group's second album "Smile Kid" (2009) included Top 40 singles "Heaven Can Wait" and "We'll Be a Dream" (featuring Demi Lovato), as well as the single "She Takes Me High." Their third album "Sunshine State of Mind" was released in 2011 and featured the MTV Video Music Award winner for Most Innovative Music Video of the Year for the group's interactive music video and song "Say You Like Me". Their fourth album "Somewhere Somehow" was released in late 2013 and includes singles "Just Keep Breathing", "Find You There" and "Any Other Way." Their fifth studio album, "Strange Love", came out in 2015 and it featured the single "Runaway."
