Ben Jaimen's music embodies a style that uses a unique blend of catchy melodies and deep lyrics to create a distinctive pop-infused sound. Influenced by popular culture and musical royalty such as The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Prince, Elton John, Bob Dylan and Burt Bacharach, Jaimen has created and produced an incredible EP that is executed with absolute precision.
Raised in Berlin, now living in L.A. by way of Bordeaux, Tel Aviv, London and Buenos Aires, the young artist's cultural identity and musical tastes were shaped by this relentless globe-hopping. Jaimen has viewed much from behind a microphone and it's those experiences that molded the six songs that now appear as his scintillating debut US EP, "Through The Universe".
Recorded over the period of February to July 2014, the EP was solidified at six tracks: "Satellites", "Not A Man For Sale", "Tokyo","Die For You", "Devil With The Dice" and "Piece of Me" and will be released early fall.
