Pitbull is the stage name of Armando Christian Perez. His career began in the early 2000's. His debut album, M.I.A.M.I., produced by Lil Jon, arrived in 2004. His breakthrough came with the song "I Know You Want Me" in 2009.
The 2011 album, Planet Pit, contained his first number one song, "Give Me Everything". Other hits over his career include "Timber", "Feel This Moment", and "Fireball".
Pitbull has made several product endorsements throughout his career, for Kodak, Dr. Pepper, Voli Vodka, Budwiser and Boost Mobile. He owns an equity stake in Miami Subs Pizza and Grill and this year announced that he became a co-owner of the NASCAR Cup Series team Trackhouse Racing.
He has a dedicated radio channel on Sirius XM, called Pitbull's Globalization Radio.
The singer was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame in 2014.
