AJ Mitchell

AJ Mitchell is a Pop singer/songwriter born in Belleville, Illinois, now living in Los Angeles. 

At the age of four, he started playing piano, receiving praise and motivation from his father who was a pianist. By the age of six, he wrote his first song. He took choir while in high school and further honed his skills by performing at local coffee shops and bars.

Eventually, he began posting music online, beginning with his rendition of the Jason Derulo song “Marry Me.”  His covers of other hit songs and original compositions quickly gathered a large audience of followers on Instagram.

In 2016, he decided to move to Los Angeles. His first EP, Hopeful, was released in the summer of 2018.

The singer is quoted as saying, “I want people to dance and be able to relate to my music. I want it to feel good.”
