P.O.D.

The rap-rock band P.O.D. released “Rockin’ With the Best,” which is the second single from their 10^th studio album, Circles. The album features a previously released track “Soundboy Killa.”

The song, “Rockin’ with The Best” has a repetitive hook that begins on a distorted bass before the guitar joins in. The song definitely boasts the band’s familiar rap-rock approach and pays tribute to the likes of The Beastie Boys. It has an optimistic vibe than the rest of the album.

Circles was released Nov. 16 via Mascot Label Group. It will be the first for Mascot Label Group and the band’s 10^th studio album. Also, it is P.O.D’s first album of new material since the release of 2015’s The Awakening. Bandmate, Sonny Sandoval stated that the band’s approach to the album was inclusive.
