Savage Hands
Jan 29, 2018
“Red” is the new single to release from metal group, Savage Hands via Land Shark Promotion. The single is a taste of their debut EP entitled “Barely Alive” (2018). The song is about standing up for yourself and not letting anyone get you. Mike Garrow shared his interpretation of the songs meaning:
“Red, it’s got a F**K this and F**K that type vibe. Not letting a “so called” loved one beat you down or constantly run your life into the ground. The funny thing about life is that when it’s beating down on you, you can decide when to pick yourself back up. Realization and knowing what your worth is key. That’s what defines Red.”
Savage hands are a youthful metal five-some stemming from Maryland & Virginia. The collective members have ample experience in writing and playing their music for large audiences. The band currently consists of Mike Garrow, Justin Hein, Ryan Evans, Nathan O'Brien, Jonny Melton. Their sound is filled with catchy hooks that weave in and out of blood-pumping, adrenaline-spiking verses and visceral, gut-busting breakdowns.
