Curb Records’ Lee Brice is taking fan engagement to the next level with the launch of Selfie.Live, an app that combines fan interaction with celebrity access through blockchain technology. Using the iPad app, fans can upload selfies or photos that can then be digitally autographed and turned into non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that are unique and collectible. Additional immersive fan experiences are in the works for the app. Selfie.Live is designed to be user-friendly for both tech-savvy and ordinary Country music fans. More than 70 artists are currently on the app, including Kenny Chesney, Riley Green, Lainey Wilson, Zach Bryan and Brice.
"I'm always trying to find new ways to connect with my fans," said Brice. "Having the ability to share these moments and sign them for the fans has opened up a whole new way for us to interact." He added, "Embracing emerging technology has revolutionized the way I connect with my fans. It's no longer just about the music; it's about creating immersive experiences and forging deeper connections." (Photo: Chase Lauer)
