After Morgan Wallen pulled out of six weeks of tour dates due to a vocal cord injury (Net News 5/9), Kenny Chesney has stepped in as a headliner for two festivals Wallen had been scheduled to play. Chesney will now perform at Gulf Coast Jam on June 3rd in Panama City Beach. FL and Carolina Country Music Fest on June 10th in Myrtle Beach, SC. The dates come as additions to his current "I Go Back" arena tour, which had been scheduled to wrap on May 27th in Orange Beach, AL.

"When we got the call, even though we were basically done, I thought it over, and of course we wanted to be there for the fans," said Chesney.
