"Casual Party" is the new single from Band Of Horses. It will be on their first album in four years, "Why Are You OK" due out on June 10th via Interscope Records. Produced by Rick Rubin and Jason Lytle of Grandaddy, this forthcoming collection marks the band's fifth studio album. The fivesome of Ben Bridwell, Creighton Barrett, Ryan Monroe, Tyler Ramsey and Bill Reynolds recorded the 12-song album in their home state of South Carolina.
Band Of Horses was formed in 2004 in Seattle by Ben Bridwell. The band has released four studio albums, the most successful of which is 2010's Grammy-nominated "Infinite Arms." The band's lineup, which included Mat Brooke for the debut album, has undergone several changes; although, the current members, Bridwell, Ryan Monroe, Tyler Ramsey, Bill Reynolds, and Creighton Barrett, have all been with the band for several years. Band Of Horses' fourth studio album, "Mirage Rock", was released in 2012.
The band is playing Bonnaroo and has nationwide tour this Fall.
