FIDLAR just released their newest single called “Can’t You See.” It will be on their new album “Almost Free” due out on January 25th, 2019 via Mom + Pop. This collection touches on many of the tragedies and irritations of modern life. “Almost Free” was produced by Grammy-nominated producer Ricky Reed (Phantogram, Leon Bridges, Twenty One Pilots), mixed by multi Grammy Award winner Manny Marroquin (Sia, Kayne West, Rhianna, Bruno Mars) and mastered by Grammy-nominated Chris Gehringer (Lady Gaga, Rhianna, Twenty One Pilots).
FIDLAR guitarist Elvis Kuehn speaks to the new song saying, “‘Can’t You See’ is about believing you need external things to be fulfilled, when really that comes from within yourself. Play it loud while driving around Los Angeles and it’ll make sense.”
Formed in 2009, the L.A.-based band FIDLAR is currently made up Zac Carper, Brandon Schwartzel, Elvis Kuehn and Max Kuehn. In 2013, they released their debut self-titled album followed by their sophomore effort “Too” in 2015. They have graced festival stages worldwide including Splendour In The Grass, St Jeromes Laneway Festival, Coachella, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and Reading And Leeds.
FIDLAR is currently out on a fall U.S. tour.
